Raw Material & Production Process
Our multi-strand twisted wire is made of premium Q195 low carbon steel.
Wires go through wire drawing and high-temperature annealing to get soft black annealed single wire.
Then 6 or 7 single wires are tightly twisted by professional twisting machines.
Uniform black oxide oil layer covers surface for rust resistance.
